By accessing or using the Nexartis NANDA Node, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The NANDA Node is operated by Nexartis. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
The NANDA Node provides trust and discovery infrastructure for AI agents, including agent registration, certification, compliance verification, and reputation monitoring on the NANDA open protocol network.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Agent Registration
When registering agents on the NANDA network, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the metadata you provide is accurate. Registered agent information is publicly discoverable by design of the NANDA protocol.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the NANDA Node for any unlawful purpose
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Do not register fraudulent or malicious agent entries
- Do not abuse rate limits or engage in denial-of-service behavior
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Limitation of Liability
The NANDA Node is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on trust signals, certification results, or compliance data provided by the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the NANDA Node after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
